Sovereign Media Management Limited (“SMML”) is a private company incorporated in England and Wales. It operates as the group’s management, financing and holding entity, sitting above wholly-owned trading subsidiaries in the music and film sectors.
Our purpose is patient ownership. We acquire, hold and support intellectual property and revenue rights that generate income over the long term, and we provide the governance, treasury and administrative backbone that allows our subsidiaries to operate with focus.
Day-to-day the company delivers board and corporate services to the group, administers intercompany funding arrangements, and coordinates the valuation, reporting and compliance activities of its subsidiaries.
